Job Title: Credit Card and Rewards, Operations Manager

Led by a world class team of repeat founders and fintech operators from Uber, Amex, Robinhood, Capital One, BILT, Cash App, Square, Zillow, LendingTree, and Spotify, they are creating the homeowner rewards category. Their first product offers credit-card style rewards for the $1.25T in annual mortgage payments that currently receive zero value.

By controlling the homeowners wallet, they will revolutionize every financial product around buying and paying for a home. Their platform offers exclusive rewards and benefits across products (mortgages, warranty, insurance, HELOC, etc). Acre turns the acquisition costs for financial products into rewards for consumers.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Card and Rewards Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our credit card and rewards program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, operations management, and a passion for points based rewards programs. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of credit card operations, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our rewards program.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Oversee credit card operations, including application processing, account maintenance, and fraud prevention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of credit card & rewards operations with other business functions.
  • Manage the operations of the rewards program, across points earning and redemption options, managing relationships with external vendors and loyalty platform providers.
  • Partner with internal teams, and external partners to assist with the prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor program performance and financial metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management, providing insights into program performance and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market research to identify opportunities to enhance the credit card and rewards program to drive customer adoption and engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proptech, fintech, or financial services experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in credit card & rewards program management, or related roles.
  • Must be obsessed with the customer
  • Strong emotional intelligence (able to manage yourself and others).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Must love dogs
