Their first product offers credit-card style rewards for the $1.25T in annual mortgage payments that currently receive zero value.

By controlling the homeowners wallet, they will revolutionize every financial product around buying and paying for a home. Their platform offers exclusive rewards and benefits across products (mortgages, warranty, insurance, HELOC, etc). Acre turns the acquisition costs for financial products into rewards for consumers.

We are seeking a talented and creative Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and implement personalized marketing campaigns and communications that resonate with customers at each stage of their journey.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the credit card industry, customer loyalty dynamics, and the ability to craft compelling narratives and assets that drive engagement and adoption.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment customers and personalize communications, offers, and rewards to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Design and implement automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and key metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to iterate and optimize campaign performance, messaging, and creative elements.
  • Manage loyalty program communications, including program updates, member benefits, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop a wide range of marketing materials and engaging visual assets to bring the value proposition to life.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing materials and campaigns, leveraging data insights to continuously optimize messaging and content for maximum impact and effectiveness in driving customer acquisition and engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or loyalty marketing. within the credit card, financial services, or related industries.
  • Fintech or financial services experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools; such as Braze, Segment, Hubspot, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong emotional intelligence (able to manage yourself and others).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
