Shopboxo App is our new product that helps entrepreneurs, brands and SMEs to create online stores within minutes and start selling their goods and services online directly to consumers. Shopboxo provides all essential tools for businesses to run their businesses online, such as product catalog, advanced design functionality, order management, payment and shipping integration.

The Onboarding Specialist (OBS) will be responsible for driving merchants’ time to value- getting merchants onboarded in the shortest time possible! While doing so, you will also promote and sell our key solutions such as but not limited to Software, Payment and Delivery.

Identifying a list of outbound prospecting within our merchant database

Perform outbound phone calls each day

Understand business requirements and feedback from merchants

Guide and/or assist merchants to get onboarded on our platform

Guide and/or assist merchants to get their products uploaded

Promote and assist merchants to set up Payments and Delivery solutions

Upsell SaaS solutions to prospective merchants

Maintain and document progress and merchants’ details on a daily basis

Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (onboarded merchants, revenue, adoption, etc)

Conduct market research/ feedback sessions when required

Participate in regular company/team wide huddles & brainstorming sessions

Possess at least 1 year of experience, preferably in Customer Service Role, Client Support or Customer relationship. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill

Effectively bilingual in English and Filipino Language
