Shopboxo App is our new product that helps entrepreneurs, brands and SMEs to create online stores within minutes and start selling their goods and services online directly to consumers. Shopboxo provides all essential tools for businesses to run their businesses online, such as product catalog, advanced design functionality, order management, payment and shipping integration.
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Team Lead to join our Merchant Success team. The Sales Team Lead is responsible for setting goals, devising sales strategies, evaluating sales team performance, assigning tasks, and developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensuring that the company maintains a strong industry presence.
The role is based in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. (hybrid working arrangement)

What you will do

  • Primary job duty is to sell Appboxo tech software products in a defined territory
  • Keeping up to date with product & industry knowledge
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with company clients and partners by understanding the needs and anticipating them in advance
  • Assist prospective customers through the purchasing & onboarding process
  • Acquire top tier brands to use our platform
  • Complete job tasks independently within defined policies and procedures
  • To update CRM & perform reporting to the management on a regular basis
  • Maintaining positive customer relations
  • Setting sales targets, motivating sales team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff
  • Monitor staff performance and implement training or improvement programs
  • Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance

Qualifications

  • Must have native-level proficiency in Tagalog and fluent-level in English
  • 5+ years of supervisory or team leading experience (preferably in the F&B industry). Need to have experience managing team of 15+
  • Solid communication, negotiation and persuading abilities
  • Strong leadership skills- able to lead, motivate and train team members
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent cold calling & canvassing skills
  • Analytical and possess strong problem solving skills
  • Independent worker & able to manage own tasks and timeline well
  • Able to self-motivate in a fast paced, multifaceted environment
  • Proficient in Google suite tools, Excel, Powerpoint and so on
  • Proficient in reporting and usage of CRM tools
