Shopboxo App is our new product that helps entrepreneurs, brands and SMEs to create online stores within minutes and start selling their goods and services online directly to consumers. Shopboxo provides all essential tools for businesses to run their businesses online, such as product catalog, advanced design functionality, order management, payment and shipping integration.
About the role
We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken Sales Executive to join our Merchant Success team. The sales executive is ultimately responsible for expanding Appboxo’s customer base by generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the salesperson.
The role is based in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines.
What you will do
- Keeping up to date with product & industry knowledge
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling, emailing, responding to inquiries generated from advertisements and field sales (on site leads generation)
- Moving solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services
- Must be able to come to office at Makati, Metro Manila
- Must have native-level proficiency in Tagalog and fluent-level in English
- 1+ years of sales experience (preferably in the F&B industry)
- Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
- Excellent cold calling & canvassing skills
- Independent worker & able to manage own tasks and timeline well
- Able to self-motivate in a fast paced, multifaceted environment
- Proficient in Google suite tools, Excel, Powerpoint and so on
