About the role
We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for compiling data, ensuring the accuracy of CRM records, managing sales team leads, and supporting the sales team with ad-hoc requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
What will you do:
Compile and analyze sales data to drive insights and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Monitor and manage sales team leads, ensuring they are properly assigned, followed up on, and closed in a timely manner. Assist the sales team with ad-hoc requests, providing support and resources as needed. Generate sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer support to optimize sales processes and strategies. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the sales department. Assists in the development and implementation of sales forecasts, quotas, and objectives. Manages and maintain sales tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by the sales team. Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members, providing guidance and resources as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.A proactive, self-motivated approach, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and the Philippine market is a plus.
