Shopboxo provides all essential tools for businesses to run their businesses online, such as product catalog, advanced design functionality, order management, payment and shipping integration.
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Product Manager to join our team. As an Integration Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the user experience by understanding and addressing the specific needs of the local market. You will play a crucial role in driving the successful integration of our products into the local ecosystem(ordering system, POS integration, payment and delivery integration etc.), collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences and maximize business growth.
Responsibilities
- Understand Local Market Needs: Conduct market research and gather insights on user behaviors, preferences, and pain points in the Philippines. Use this knowledge to inform product decisions and prioritize features and integrations.
- Product Integration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product integration strategy that aligns with local market needs. Identify potential partners, APIs, and technologies to integrate our products effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and ensure smooth execution of integration plans. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on priorities.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for product integration initiatives. Continuously evaluate and adjust the roadmap based on changing market dynamics and user feedback.
- User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with design and development teams to enhance the user experience of our products for the local market. Identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and localization aspects.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data analytics and user feedback to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and generate actionable insights. Use these insights to drive data-informed product decisions and iterate on features and integrations.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on the competitive landscape and industry trends in the Philippines. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify areas of improvement and potential product differentiators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in driving product integrations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics, user behaviors, and cultural nuances in the Philippines.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
