Artificient Mobility Intelligence is a start-up spun out of academic research in Germany, pushing the boundaries of mobility data by leveraging predictive AI.

We’re looking for someone obsessed with quality, detail, and making a change.


Tasks

We are seeking an Android full stack developer to help a young startup develop, implement, and test mobility software solutions for various projects to go live for our customers in North America and Asia.


This position will be starting on a part-time basis for the first couple months but depending on the candidate’s preference we can potentially transition into a full-time headcount with relocation (with working visa).


✅This person should have around 8 years of experience and profecient in mobile app programming with successful track record.


💼Your Role:



  • Conducting thorough requirement analysis.

  • Designing and implementing robust application architectures.

  • Integrating with external APIs and web services.

  • Ensuring data synchronization and optimal performance.

  • Writing and executing unit tests to maintain application reliability.

  • Deploying applications to the App Store and managing releases.

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team.

  • Keeping abreast of the latest Android development trends and best practices.

  • Providing ongoing maintenance and bug fixes.


Requirements

🎯Your Profile:




  • Computer Science degree/diploma or equivalent work experience.




  • Excellent knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and React Native programming framework (both Community and Expo).




  • Proven analytical skills and experience with software development for complex projects.




  • Strong understanding of MVVM architecture.




  • Strong knowledge of Dependency Injections.




  • Strong understanding of Protocol-oriented programming principles.




  • Strong understanding of different Android frameworks.




  • Strong knowledge of various Software design patterns.




  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.




  • Experience shipping one or more Native and React Native apps, ideally currently available on the App Store




  • Love to write clean, SOLID code and ship quickly




  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
