Your mission
Suppose you are passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards in the food industry and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. In that case, we invite you to join our team as an intern for food quality controller.

As a Food Quality Controller intern at Bella & Bona, you will be excited to gain hands-on experience in food products' quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC). You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

During your internship you will:
  • Conducting regular inspections and quality checks on incoming raw materials, Semi produced products and Finished dishes
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Assisting in the QA & QC reporting and conducting product sampling.
  • Analyzing and documenting quality control data to identify any trends or issues
  • Assist in dealing with customer complaints and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Collaborating with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Providing support in training employees on quality control practices and procedures
  • Assisting in the development of quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality

We are a startup, so beyond the day to day kitchen duties, the sky is the limit as to what you can experience during your internship. As long as you are curious, you are welcome to participate and bring forward ideas from menu creation to sales and marketing.
Your profile
  • You are currently enrolled in a culinary school or degree and need to complete a 6 month mandatory or voluntary culinary internship
  • You speak English, knowledge of German is a strong plus
  • You have already earned your first experience in a kitchen, preferably in a fast food chain
  • A degree in business, hospitality, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts or food management is a plus
