We are building a category-defining company at the intersection of food, operations, and technology. As we scale, lead generation becomes a critical growth lever - and we are looking for someone to take full ownership of it.

We are hiring a Growth Engineer (B2B Lead Generation) to build and scale a high-performing, automated demand generation engine.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

You will not just manage campaigns. You will design systems that generate pipeline predictably and efficiently, using automation, data, and AI.

You will report directly to the Head of Growth and work closely with leadership on one of the most critical questions for the company:

How do we generate high-quality B2B leads at scale, efficiently?

This role is designed for someone who combines performance marketing expertise, strong analytical thinking, and a deep automation mindset.

Your mission

Your mission is to build and scale Bella & Bona’s B2B lead generation engine.

You will own the full funnel from traffic → lead → qualified opportunity, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

1. Paid acquisition & channel management

Own and scale performance across channels such as:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Other B2B acquisition platforms

You are responsible for:
  • Campaign structure and optimization
  • Budget allocation and ROI
  • Continuous experimentation and iteration

2. Automation & AI-driven growth systems

A core part of the role is building automated systems that improve performance and efficiency.

Examples:
  • Automating campaign creation and optimization
  • Building lead scraping and enrichment workflows
  • Connecting tools across the marketing and sales stack
  • Using AI to generate, test, and optimize creatives and copy

You should be comfortable using tools such as:
  • Claude
  • n8n
  • HubSpot

We expect you to think in systems, not manual execution.

3. Funnel optimization

You will continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel:
  • Ad → landing page
  • Landing page → lead
  • Lead → qualified opportunity

This includes:
  • Landing page optimization
  • Messaging and positioning
  • Lead quality improvement

4. Data & performance analysis

You will define and track key metrics such as:
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Cost per qualified opportunity
  • Conversion rates across the funnel
  • Channel performance

You will use data to:
  • Identify bottlenecks
  • Prioritize experiments
  • Allocate budget effectively

Your profile

We are looking for someone who operates at a high level of intensity and ownership.

You likely bring:
  • Strong experience in B2B performance marketing
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Deep understanding of lead generation funnels
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • High ownership and execution focus

You are extremely strong with automation and AI
  • You use AI tools like Claude daily
  • You are comfortable building workflows with Clay / n8n / Zapier / similar tools
  • You constantly look for ways to eliminate manual work

You are the type of person who:
  • Builds systems instead of doing repetitive tasks
  • Tests fast and learns fast
  • Thinks in experiments and iteration cycles
  • Is obsessed with performance and efficiency

Experience in high-growth startups, agencies, or performance-driven environments is a strong plus.
