Who we seek:
We seek an energetic and positive Office Manager to join our HR team.
The position is Sunday - Thursday from our TLV site, working hours 9:00 - 18:00
What you’ll do:
- Sitting at the reception desk and handle overall administrative responsibilities (greeting visitors, assisting employees, etc.)
- Maintain the kitchen inventory, place supermarket orders, and manage office supplies.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
- Oversee the budget and purchase order processes, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
- Assist with planning and executing various HR activities, such as employee welfare, gift-giving, happy hours, holiday celebrations, and company events.
- Ensure effective communication with employees, promptly and professionally addressing questions and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relations.
- Bring innovation, creativity, and ambition to office management problems.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role.
- Experience in a startup company.
- High-level English, both written and spoken - MUST.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a fun, energetic, people-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - suite is required.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
