Outbound SDR – Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales

At BigID, we’re building something rare - an elite, high-performing SDR team inside one of the most innovative companies in data security, privacy, and AI governance. Outbounding here isn’t about blasting generic messages - it’s about mastering complex messaging, engaging senior buyers, and strategically breaking into enterprise accounts with precision.

We’re hiring an Outbound SDR to help drive pipeline across our most strategic enterprise accounts. This role is a launchpad into enterprise cybersecurity sales, ideal for high-performing tech sales professionals or technical experts who want to move into a strategic, enterprise-focused, high-growth segment.

If you’ve prospected into complex organizations, partnered closely with senior stakeholders, and can quickly grasp technical concepts, you’ll thrive here. Whether you come from an SDR/BDR role, SMB AE role, or a technical consulting/solutions engineering background, you share one thing: a clear drive to break into cybersecurity sales and succeed at the enterprise level.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive targeted outbound pipeline generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and tailored campaigns.
  • Partner with AEs on account planning, multithreading, and strategic prospecting into complex organizations.
  • Leverage Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and AI tools (like ChatGPT) to work efficiently and creatively.
  • Identify and engage Director-, VP-, and C-level buyers across security, privacy, and data teams.
  • Represent BigID at industry events and field programs, converting in-person engagement into pipeline.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, buyer pain points, and BigID’s unique value in the cybersecurity and AI landscape.
  • Book high-quality meetings that lead to real pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Contribute to a strong, collaborative culture where we learn from each other and win together.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in outbound prospecting into complex organizations - whether as an SDR/BDR, AE, or technical consultant in a customer-facing role.
  • Clear motivation to build a career in enterprise cybersecurity sales.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into business value for senior buyers.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders (Director level and above) through value-led outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - clear, curious, and confident.
  • Resilience, strategic thinking, and a growth mindset in a challenging sales environment.

The annual base salary range is $60,000 – $70,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
