Who we seek:
BigID is looking for a Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team. The Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will work closely with the CFO and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, spend control, and financial reporting and analysis for BigID. The ideal candidate partners well with executives to help them manage their respective functions, builds efficient and effective processes, and is an insightful analyst at improving business operations and results. We are looking for someone living in the Northeast, EST hours.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and improve the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning
- Support all functional teams in managing their financial results
- Monitor and report spending trends, providing variance analysis and insightful commentary
- Liaise with business leaders to model key initiatives and provide financial support for cross-functional projects
- Develop, implement, and improve operational metrics and analyses of key financial metrics
- Continuous review of reporting and process with dedication to ensure reporting is both relevant and produced efficiently
- Develop an insightful financial and operational dashboard, reporting packages, and other presentations for the CFO
- Serve as the finance business partner for all post-sales and G&A departments
- Own the consolidated headcount model and planning process
- Act as a liaison with multi-functional groups, ensuring accurate and timely production and distribution of financial statements and other reporting
What you’ll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a field related to finance. Master's/ MBA preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales finance, FP&A or other corporate finance functions
- Experience working in a start-up technology company required (experience working in the enterprise software space is preferred)
- Proficiency in financial software applications & tools; specifically, NetSuite and Salesforce (these are our systems)
- A self-starter who takes initiative and works independently to deliver results in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity

The annual base salary range is $140,000 - $165,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
