Role: Fullstack Developer (Frontend heavy)

Reporting to: Engineering Manager

Location: Remote (South East Asia)

Role & Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer:

• Lead frontend development using React JS to deliver intuitive web mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable APIs integral to our core business.
• Play an active role in Open Banking and Banking as a Service projects in Southeast Asia.
• Ensure high-quality, secure code in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with our CTO and senior development team to drive our tech platform's growth.

What We Seek

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development.
• Frontend: Demonstrable expertise in React JS.
• API Expertise: Strong skills in designing robust, scalable APIs.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with test-driven development, databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), gRPC, REST, and Node.js.
• Systems: Experience in building secure, efficient systems.
• Cloud: Knowledge of cloud platforms like Openshift, AWS and GCP.
• Industry Insight: Background in banking, ecommerce, or fintech.
• Modern Tech: Experience with Kubernetes, Microservices, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Communication: Clear communicator in English with a proactive approach.
• Leadership: Ability to work independently, make decisions, and own projects.
• Client Interaction: Skill in understanding client needs and delivering tech solutions.
