Job Title: Senior Enterprise Sales Manager - Malaysia

Location: Based in Kuala Lumpur (Remote)

What do you get to do?

  • Find & nurture key sales opportunities in Malaysia (domestic and international companies)
  • Represent Brankas as a Brand ambassador in the world of Open Banking and Open Finance
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue accurately, and developing action plans to meet and exceed quarterly sales quota.
  • Maintain strong relationships with alliance partners and work closely with them to win new business from channel sales partners.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
  • Strategy and general management
  • Government and Policy Relations

What do we look for in you?

  • Commercially driven experience, Hunter (not farmer)
  • Proven track record of enterprise sales performance in Fintech, Banking & Technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Malay
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development
  • Has a strong Network of Customers in the Commercial Enterprise sector, especially relating to Financial Services, Lending, Payments, Banking, Insurance and Telco.
  • Possess solid business acumen and the ability to present and negotiate as well as build rapport with customers and partners.
  • Knowledge of current IT trends and sales practices in the Information Technology industry.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, showcasing executive presence with demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders i.e. CIOs
  • BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
