Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

Location: Philippines (Metro Manila Preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by assisting in proposals, presentations, and operational tasks. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, pre-sales knowledge, and operational proficiency to drive success in our sales efforts.

The Role:

Proposal Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals tailored to meet client needs.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing relevant information, data, and resources for proposals.
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.

Presentation Support:

  • Work closely with sales representatives to create visually appealing and engaging presentations.
  • Prepare presentation materials, including slides, visuals, and supporting documents.
  • Occasionally participate in presentations alongside sales representatives to communicate key messages effectively.

Sales Support:

  • Provide sales representatives with necessary resources, tools, and information to facilitate the sales process.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Pre-Sales Activities:

  • Conduct research on prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Assist in preparing pre-sales materials, including product demonstrations, prototypes, and proof of concepts.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by addressing technical questions, concerns, and objections from clients.

Operational Support:

  • Manage and maintain sales databases, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools and platforms.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel and participate in client meetings or presentations.
