Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

Hiring Manager : Head of Sales Philippines

Location: Philippines

What do you get to do?

  • Client and territory sales growth with a focus on the Enterprise sector
    • Responsible for assigned Territory’s sales target
    • Identifying potential client types and developing pitch materials tailored to each type
    • Leading sales activities related to our Enterprise product offerings - from developing the sales leads, closing the deal and managing client satisfaction to grow their business with Brankas.
    • Generating and prioritizing lead sheets, contacting potential clients and scheduling introductory meetings
    • Leading client presentations, bringing other Brankas staff (CEO, CTO, Sales Engineer) as appropriate
    • Serving as clients’ first and main point of contact
  • Partner development
    • Identifying, prioritizing, and engaging potential Brankas partners, such as bank, financial services providers, payment processors/aggregators, enterprise SaaS companies, IT service providers
    • Identifying potential new channels, products, and partnerships to increase the reach and value of Brankas to bank clients
  • Strategy and general management
    • Working with Brankas leadership to generate and revise Brankas’ go-to-market strategy
    • Support recruiting, hiring, and organization design of the Sales team
    • Design and implement feedback channels to other Brankas teams to ensure the “voice of the customer” is represented
    • Timely submission of reports and updates based on territory-defined schedules, providing feedback to product/delivery teams as appropriate

What do we look for in you?

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager
  • Experience in technical solution sales into the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
