Hiring Manager : HR Director

Location: Jakarta/ Manila (Makati); Hybrid

About the role

This is a Generalist HR Manager role which touches upon the entire employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Director (Global), you will be responsible for the delivery of exciting strategic people & talent priorities which are aimed at making Brankas a great place to work.

What do you get to do?

  • Design and deliver accurate and compliant HR operations in a timely manner for the region
  • Be accountable for HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, culture and engagement initiatives
  • Advise people managers on the full spectrum of employee relations issues across multiple countries
  • Ensure the company's employee policies, practices and procedures are implemented
  • Support and drive strategic initiatives such as employer branding, internal communication, manager development, and performance management

What do we look for in you?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, or related field
  • 5 - 8 years experience leading HR initiatives across South Asia, preferably within a technology business
  • Labor law experience in Indonesia, Philippines, and Singapore
  • Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in working in a remote first organization
  • Able to leverage data to make informed decisions
    • (Preferred) People management experience
  • Fluent in Bahasa or Tagalog and business English (written and spoken)
