Job Title: Sales Specialist
Hiring Manager: Senior Enterprise Sales Manager
Location: Hybrid (onsite once a week)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by assisting in proposals, presentations, and business development tasks. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, pre-sales knowledge, and BD proficiency to drive success in our sales efforts.
What do you get to do?:
- Proposal Assistance:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals tailored to meet client needs.
- Assist in gathering and organizing relevant information, data, and resources for proposals.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.
2. Presentation Support:
- Work closely with sales representatives to create visually appealing and engaging presentations.
- Prepare presentation materials, including slides, visuals, and supporting documents.
- Occasionally participate in presentations alongside sales representatives to communicate key messages effectively.
3. Sales Support:
- Provide sales representatives with necessary resources, tools, and information to facilitate the sales process.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
4. Pre-Sales Activities:
- Conduct research on prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Assist in preparing pre-sales materials, including product demonstrations, prototypes, and proof of concepts.
- Support pre-sales efforts by addressing technical questions, concerns, and objections from clients.
5. Business Development Support:
- Collaborate closely with marketing team to nurture leads and convert them from MQLs to SQLs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
What do we look for in you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales support, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong preference for relevant experience in FinTech and Financial Services
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Flexibility to occasionally travel and participate in client meetings or presentations.
