Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: Jordan, Remote
Job Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Engineer at Brankas, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and engaging with clients to understand their needs. You will be responsible for training, assisting in Request for Proposals (RFPs), advising on the appropriate solutions for client requirements, and addressing technical inquiries. You will be required to work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure success.
This position requires a combination of technical proficiency, communication skills, and a strong understanding of the financial technology industry.
You should have the insight to make the connection between a customer’s specific business problems and Brankas’ solution, the customer-facing skills to communicate that connection, and vision to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences, and the technical skills to be able to conduct demos and provide consultative assistance on architecture and implementation.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate between both remote, office, or at customer location (if in person meeting is required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Brankas’ products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and complementary technologies, and how to position Brankas in relation to them.
- Present Brankas solutions to executives and technical personnel at prospects and customers
- Work hands-on with prospects and customers to communicate the value of Brankas technologies.
- Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Be an advocate and develop mutual trust with the technical audience on the customer side.
Training and Education:
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams, customers, and resellers to enhance product knowledge.
RFP Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFI).
- Ensure that technical aspects of proposals align with customer requirements.
Client Engagement and Support:
- Address technical inquiries from clients, providing detailed and accurate information.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements.
Business Partner Engagement and Support:
- Work closely with resellers (system integrators and independent software vendors) and vendor partners of Brankas to provide comprehensive assistance for addressing customer technical inquiries
- Facilitate Knowledge transfer sessions with resellers, to equip them with the skills and insights needed to handle customer technical queries and support issues autonomously, only escalating issues to Brankas when necessary.
- Enhance reseller capabilities through ongoing training and guidance, ensuring they stay abreast of the latest product developments and industry trends.
Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and align Brankas solutions with their business objectives.
Collaboration with Internal Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute plans.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Brankas products.
- Collaborate with Brankas internal teams to develop resources, documentation, and training materials that empower resellers to excel in customer interactions and technical support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields), or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of financial technology and industry trends.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and engaging with CTOs and CIOs.
- Experience in responding to RFPs.
