Job Title: IT Risk Intern

Hiring Manager : Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs

Location: Remote, Jakarta(Indonesia)

What do you get to do?

• Support the reviews and assessments of Information Technology (IT) controls, including but not limited to network architecture, access controls, hardening and system configurations.
• Assist in the implementation of IT controls, policies, technology and tools, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with business, operations, engineering and infrastructure teams on ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations across IT domains, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and cybersecurity standards related to financial industries.
• Coordinate the response to security incidents, breaches, or cyber-attacks, minimizing the impact and ensuring proper resolution
• Assist in third-party risk management implementation, including vendor assessment, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop, organize, and deliver IT compliance training to educate employees about security best practices.
• Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance Department to organize and conduct necessary training and awareness programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect necessary information and documentation required to respond to internal and external audits, third-party questionnaires and requests related to IT.

What do we look for in you?

• Proficient in English
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, cybersecurity, or related disciplines; or 1-2 years of experience in Information Security.
• Strong interest in information security, IT, Data Privacy.
• Resourceful, able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of compliance regulations and standards in financial technology areas.
