Job Title: Accounting Lead

Hiring Manager : Finance Director

Location: Makati, Manila (Hybrid)

What do you get to do?

• Prepare and review accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports on a monthly basis to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Oversee the general accounting processes, inter-company transactions, accounting and financial reporting for all entities
• Ensure GST/ VAT/ WHT and corporate tax submissions are done diligently and on timely basis
• Manage statutory audits under the local GAAP and IFRS
• Responsible for internal audit, controls, process improvements, ERP implementation
• Manage day to day operational requirements are met including treasury

What do we look for in you?

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with good understanding of accounting standards and taxation
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Tech Industry
• Preferable: Experience with a Big 4 in their Assurance and Accounting Advisory practice
• Working knowledge of international accounting standards like IFRS
• Ability to communicate complex issues to non-accounting colleagues in a simple, easy to understand manner
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse team members from multiple locations
• Ability to multi-task and have eye for detail
