Position Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Product Manager based in Vietnam who combines the skills of a product manager with the technical expertise of a solutions engineer. In this hybrid role, you will drive product adoption by working closely with clients and partners on solution design, technical scoping, and demonstrations, while also guiding product development and documentation internally.

You will play a critical role in bridging product strategy, technical delivery, and partner engagement to ensure Brankas’ Open Finance Suite (OFS) is both market-ready and customer-centric.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Solution Scoping

  • Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with internal sales teams, partners and clients.
  • Conduct gap analysis between client needs and Brankas’ product capabilities.
  • Translate business, technical, and regulatory requirements into actionable tickets for engineering teams.
  • Develop and manage compliance checklists to ensure readiness for regulated markets.

Solutions Engineering & Demonstrations

  • Deliver engaging demonstrations of Brankas Open Finance Suite (OFS) to partners and clients.
  • Build and maintain the OFS Demo Farm, including:

    • Pre-configured personas (end-user, bank, regulator, third-party provider).
    • Realistic dummy data sets and transaction flows.
    • Guided demo scripts and Postman collections.
    • Customization options for branding and partner requirements.
  • Provide technical training and support to sales and partner teams.

Product Management

  • Write and maintain product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics to guide prioritization and measure success.
  • Support quality assurance with clear use cases and validation criteria.
  • Estimate project timelines and costs for partner integrations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Develop, iterate and update product roadmap to align with market needs.

​​Project Costing & Resource Coordination

  • Prepare cost estimates and resource timelines for potential client projects and partner integrations.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to assess development effort, resource allocation, and delivery feasibility.
  • Provide transparent costing inputs to support sales proposals and partner negotiations.
  • Track project budgets and ensure alignment with business objectives and partner expectations.


Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Engage directly with customers to understand needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical scoping, and onboarding support.
  • Ensure successful adoption of Brankas products through hands-on engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Solution Consulting (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology).
    • Strong understanding of Open Banking/Open Finance, APIs, and fintech ecosystems in Southeast Asia and/or MENA.
    • Proven experience with requirements gathering, solution scoping, and pre-sales enablement.
    • Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks in financial services is a strong advantage.
    • Experience preparing and delivering technical product demonstrations.

    • Proficiency with prototyping, documentation, and productivity tools (AI-based tools a plus).
