Corma founder team, from 🇩🇪 🇬🇧 🇫🇷 Héloïse (CEO) is our sales and recruitment lead and data wizard. She is an engineer with full-stack engineering experience from Goldman Sachs & IBM. She is also a shot of caffeine in herself, should you need a boost in your day. Samuel (CPTO) is our tech and product lead and cooks up the solutions to solve users’ pains! 👨🏻‍🍳 His recipe for success holds in his creativity and work ethic. He comes from an engineering background. Nikolai (COO) is our marketing and operations lead and finance wizard. His wisdom, tenacity and positive messages rhythms our days. As a German, he is also the best go-to person on adapting to the Parisian life!

The job

Your day-to-day together with two of our founders CEO Héloïse & COO Nikolai
You can expect to spend 70% of your time related to sales and business development and 30% of your time on strategic and process-related topics. You will work directly with both founders to boost the commercial strategy and the execution of business initiatives.
Get out there: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, including lead generation, prospecting, and sales outreach. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Build a Sales Machine: Develop and refine the company's sales machine. Build up different channels, automation, and sequences to create a smooth and efficient process.
Project Management: Take ownership of key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project progress.
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Provide the team with valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
You…
…studied for at least a few semesters and ideally have some work experience.
…ideally have past previous experience in startups, consulting, or another fast-paced environment.
…ideally have already sold something in the past.
…have a strong bias to act and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
…are creative and have fun with a team that has the ambition to grow!
…are hungry: you don’t need to know everything but you should have a strong appetite to learn new expertise and improve skills
…speak professional French and English: our working language is English, but the ecosystem around us works in French.

What we’re solving In the past 6 years, the number of SaaS used within a company has increased over tenfold, and this creates a massive challenge for companies to manage.
