What we are looking for
Are you excited about building something from scratch? Do you want to work with the founding team and experience first hand how it's like to build a company? Then DataGrid might be the place for you.
We are a young vibrant startup and looking for a hands-on builder to be a #1 hire supporting our founders with startup challenges. This position is suited for someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty and is looking to develop their career towards leadership roles, both in the company and at the personal level. We are looking for someone who is willing to go into uncharted territory, for whom the experience of the journey matters more than following a pre-planned path. We are looking for someone who can work with the undefined and who thrives in a team of like-minded people, rather than working alone and doing things by the book.
Responsibilities
Bosch Startup Harbor
Participate in the program activities and in person meetings in Berlin organized around monthly Bootcamp session lasting a week
Develop and maintain the relationship with Bosch center of expertise and support in the definition of pilots with their team members
Strategic activities
Take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and initiatives with a global perspective
Work with the co-founders as a sparring partner to scale the company
Support and own core processes across the board from fundraising to partner acquisition to operational excellence
Learn everything about building and scaling a B2B SaaS platform business in one of the most important industries: data
Qualification
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to work in an agile, fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment
You have an optimistic can-do spirit and strong bias for action and results
Knowledge in business strategy
Previous experience or studies in entrepreneurship or management
You love to make plans and you have an excellent practical judgment and prioritization skills (80:20)
English and German speaking
