Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Product & Strategy Lead to own product direction and drive key business initiatives across the company. This role sits at the intersection of product, GTM, and operations, and is responsible for ensuring that product decisions directly translate into revenue, margin improvement, and scalable execution on the ground.
This is an execution-heavy role with ownership, not a coordination or reporting function.

What is expected from you

Product Ownership & Roadmap

  • Own product roadmap across core platforms (AI voice, analytics, workflows)
  • Define prioritization based on revenue impact, client demand, and scalability
  • Drive consistent execution and delivery of product releases
  • Work closely with engineering to improve speed, clarity, and quality of execution
  • Build reusable, configurable systems instead of one-off client solutions

Client Requirement Translation & Solutioning

  • Work directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements and deployment constraints
  • Translate client asks into scalable product features, workflows, or configurations
  • Support pre-sales, demos, and solution design for key deals
  • Ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered
  • Reduce custom builds by enforcing standardization and product thinking

Strategy: GTM, Pricing, and P&L Impact

  • Own and refine pricing models (per-minute, per-outcome, hybrid structures)
  • Drive GTM alignment with sales on positioning, packaging, and deal structuring
  • Identify and execute revenue growth levers across product lines
  • Track and improve unit economics (cost per minute, cost per resolution, margins)
  • Evaluate new markets and segments with clear revenue and cost implications

Operations Integration (Collections Floor)

  • Work closely with collections and operations teams on-ground
  • Understand real-world call flows, borrower behavior, and recovery patterns
  • Translate operational feedback into product improvements and automation
  • Optimize AI vs human allocation across buckets
  • Ensure product decisions improve actual collections outcomes

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Drive alignment across engineering, sales, and operations teams
  • Identify and remove execution bottlenecks
  • Ensure smooth rollout of features into live environments
  • Monitor performance and iterate based on real-world data

Business & Performance Ownership

  • Track product impact on revenue, margins, and operational efficiency
  • Build feedback loops from collections performance into decisions
  • Identify workflow gaps and drive improvements
  • Provide structured inputs on product, pricing, and business performance

What we're looking for-

  • Experience minimum 8–12 years in product/strategy roles
  • Strong experience in fintech, lending, or B2B SaaS
  • Experience operating in scaling companies (post-PMF)
  • Hands-on product ownership and execution
  • Strong commercial understanding (pricing, cost structures, unit economics)
  • Experience with enterprise clients and complex deployments
  • Comfortable working with operations teams and on-ground workflows
  • High ownership mindset with ability to operate independently
