About the Role

Deepen AI is seeking a driven, technically-minded Account Manager to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of small-to-mid-sized accounts across global markets, including computer vision teams, robotics startups, automotive suppliers, and emerging autonomy companies. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building scalable sales processes, and helping shape Deepen AI’s long-tail growth strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams while engaging with customers at the forefront of AI, robotics, and autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, pilot management, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of growth-stage accounts, with typical deal sizes ranging from $10K–$200K.
  • Develop repeatable sales processes, outreach strategies, and playbooks for inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful pilot execution and customer onboarding.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential customer segments, industries, and geographic markets.
  • Drive account expansion and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software sales, developer tools, AI infrastructure, or a related technology field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and customers across North America, Europe, Japan, and Korea.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies, with the ability to discuss topics such as computer vision, LiDAR, camera calibration, neural networks, and autonomous systems.
  • Ability to understand complex technical products and clearly communicate business value.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes and priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong execution and prioritization.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-driven, proactive, and capable of building processes independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling to AI startups, robotics companies, automotive OEMs, or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers.
  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms, data labeling, sensor technologies, or autonomous vehicle development.
  • Sales engineering capabilities, including conducting technical demonstrations and addressing architecture-level discussions.
  • Experience working in early-stage startup environments.
  • Knowledge of the Indian and Asia-Pacific automotive and technology ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to generate product insights and influence roadmap decisions through customer engagement.

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to individual sales targets. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
