About the role

As a Associate Recruiter in Dover's Marketplace, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruiting by being a trusted counterpart for Recruiting Partners and supporting our growing client roster. You will operate on Dover's Fractional Recruiting Marketplace, focusing on operational efficiency and high-quality candidate interactions. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that align with client business goals and enhance their hiring success.

As Associate Recruiters gain more experience, they can be promoted to Recruiting Partners. Associate Recruiters start as independent contractors and have the option to join full-time.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Recruiting Partners to ensure that our customers' needs are met.

  • Source, interview, and coordinate candidates.

  • Onboard new customers and set them up for success by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and hiring objectives.

  • Guide clients through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

What we're seeking

  • 2+ years of experience as a sourcer, recruiting coordinator, or recruiter.

  • Experience working with startups.

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas independently.

  • The ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
