About the role
As an early Recruiting Partner in Dover's Marketplace, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruiting by being a trusted advisor for our growing client roster. You will operate on Dover's Fractional Recruiting Marketplace, focusing on strategy and relationship-building while delegating administrative tasks to associate recruiters that you'll manage. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that align with client business goals and enhance their hiring success.
Recruiting Partners start as independent contractors and have the option to join full-time.
What you'll do
Collaborate with clients to identify their recruiting needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Delegate administrative work to our internal team, allowing you to focus on high-impact strategic tasks.
Onboard new clients and set them up for success by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and hiring objectives.
Guide clients through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
What we're seeking
5+ years of experience as a talent leader or recruiter.
A proven track record in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Experience working with startups.
A deep understanding of recruitment processes.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas independently.
Excitement to be held accountable for numbers that measure tangible outcomes.
The ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
