Who you are:
We’re looking for an outstanding analytical, curious, creative, nimble, visionary, data-driven, fun! and highly collaborative head of marketing to lead our marketing department. Strong bias for action that executes fast to test and learn the way to success. 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS - logistics experience a plus. Experience growing an Enterprise SaaS brand and unlocking B2B growth through Direct and Partnerships channels is required. You’ve excelled in a product organization before and know how to bring market feedback in to grow product value and merchant magic. Hands on experience with email marketing, A/B testing, social media marketing, SEO. Player – coach ‘forever’ DNA required. MBA preferred.

Impact Focus:
· Establish FlavorCloud as the trusted partner for mid-Enterprise merchants to grow globally. We are the best minds in the business and need help bringing this to light.
· Elevate our messaging to showcase how we are redefining the DDP cross border category.
· Drive inbound lead generation from mid-Enterprise merchants.
· Unlock partnerships and sales channels to deliver 2x YoY revenue growth leveraging Enterprise SaaS GTM strategies like showcasing merchant impact, thought leadership content and industry and curated events.
· Attract and scale talent and nurture our internal culture.
· Refine partnerships and sales funnel metrics as we scale – we anchor in data and have Salesforce capabilities/implementation maturity of a Series D company.
Experience:
· Previous impact in category creation and development, persona development and segmentation, end to end customer journey mapping and measurement
· Experience driving demand into Partnerships and Direct Sales for Mid to ENT eCommerce merchants – eg an Enterprise SaaS sales motion
· Demonstrated revenue impact/growth with a high growth SaaS company
· Experience with input into roadmaps + handling all GTM for all products and features, working in close partnership with Product, Eng and all sales channels
· Sales, CX and partner enablement, including pitch decks, case studies and training collateral for internal and external teams
· Thought leadership content and event execution
· Demand and lead generation, funnel optimization
· Digital marketing for website optimization, content, SEO etc.
· Own marketing operations and tech stack including establishing and refining a framework for success (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LI Sales Nav, etc)
