Position Overview:

FlavorCloud is seeking a highly motivated, curious and results-oriented business owner to join our dynamic Partner Account Management team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Partner operations and business performance goals are delivered. You will work cross-functionally with product, the shipping carrier team, partnerships and finance to execute successful day to day partner impact. You know how shipping works within a warehouse, the technical ‘stack’ and understand how fulfillment impacts core business KPIs for 3PLs.

Location: United States or Canada

The Role:

  • Deliver Partnership KPIs: Run the day to partnership to deliver operations and business KPIs. Co lead QBRs and monthly executive updates.
  • Drive Partnership growth: Identify new revenue opportunities within existing partnerships by deeply understanding their needs/strategic plan.
  • Build amazing relationships: Build Partner relationships up and down the organization from the Csuite down.
  • Provide partner support: The Partner Account Executive should be able to provide support to partners, including training, technical support, and marketing materials, to ensure they can effectively market and sell the company's products and services.
  • Bridge partner needs to Product: Facilitate Voice of Partner and their merchants to build better product.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance: The Partner Account Executive should track partner performance, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvements to help partners achieve their sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of experience working in account management or partner management
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills – phone presence, email, and video conferencing
  • Ops experience in shipping, logistics, and/or 3PL industries
  • A love for a fast-paced, remote-first, start-up environment where adaptability, over-communication, and self-driven ownership over your work is essential.
  • Strong ops and communication skills combined with an understand of core 3PL financial/performance drivers
