We’re seeking a knowledgeable AI-focused Content Lead to join our editorial team. If you ‘get’ AI and how businesses can apply it to create a more positive experience for their teams, consider joining our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role involves evaluating a wide array of AI tools and technologies, conducting hands-on tests, and creating detailed reviews in text and visuals like this one.
• Deep dive into each tool, exploring its functionality, features, and why (or why not) it would help their target audience work smarter, not harder.
• Key categories include AI-driven people management software, performance and productivity platforms, and communication tools for all job functions, including HR, finance, marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends and platforms to be the first to spot emerging tools that warrant review and coverage.
• Engage with the AI community through interviews with tool creators, developers, and business leaders utilizing AI technologies.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with writing software reviews, and a solid understanding of Generative AI tools in the workplace.
• A clear understanding of how businesses adopt new software tools, and how decision-makers evaluate their attractiveness.
• Great writing and editing skills and hands-on experience with writing tools like Writesonic to create high-quality content rapidly.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to assess tools' strengths and weaknesses accurately.
• Self-motivated with a knack for staying ahead of technology trends and a genuine interest in a happier future of work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conduct interviews and engage with diverse individuals and professionals.
