Work is broken. People are overloaded, disengaged, and stuck doing work that does not scale. Lead with AI exists to fix that by making people dramatically more capable with AI.
Our flagship program, AI Leader Advanced, takes Director- and VP-level leaders at companies such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Harvard, and NVIDIA from basic AI literacy to genuine AI leadership in two weeks.
THE ROLEAt the core of each personalized learning journey is a library of almost 200 videos. As AI develops at the speed of light, these often need to be re-researched and rewritten.
You will own the research-to-script stage of our production pipeline, working to provide the human-judgment layer within a Claude Project using AI tools we have already built and refined.
Your job is to brief the tools, direct the output, edit for quality, and lock scripts so they are ready to record. You could also contribute to AI content research and writing: competitive landscape analysis, new module ideas as the AI landscape shifts, and editorial pieces.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Research and brief. Understand each AI capability well enough to brief our theory and demo script tools.
- Edit and QC. AI writes most of the script, but you make it worth recording: natural-sounding, one idea, the right length, and guaranteed to change the way our learner works.
- Lock and maintain. Mark scripts as locked when they are done, update the scripts database, and flag lessons that need refreshing as tools and capabilities change.
- You write incredibly well, even without AI assistance.
- You use AI tools seriously. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini: you know what they do, where they differ, and where they fail. Not theoretically; active working usage.
- You are fast and disciplined. We ship at volume, and can’t miss deadlines.
- You hold a quality bar without being managed toward it, practicing divine discontent.
You have a background in instructional design, editorial, journalism, or executive communications, and you have written about AI in a way that technical people respect and non-technical people actually understand.
HOW TO APPLYSend us your resume or LinkedIn link, but more importantly, your best existing AI research or writing: something you have published or produced that shows you can translate complex AI topics into clear, confident language for a senior audience.
