Job Description

Join our team as Growth Marketing Manager! You'll play a key role in driving substantial sales and growth opportunities for Flip by owning and optimizing B2B Saas demand generation campaigns, including strategic event planning and execution in the UK region and globally. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you'll be a strategic mastermind, happy to get your hands dirty, working on events, cross-functional collaboration, and more.
Here's what you'll do: working in close alignment with cross-departmental stakeholders across the organization and the Marketing leadership, you’ll plan on-going marketing activities as well as targeted ABM campaigns aimed at engaging our target accounts across the various stages of the funnel. In this role, cross-functional collaboration is key as you’ll work closely with our BDRs, Sales, Customer Success, and the Marketing team in helping create and accelerate pipeline.

Your responsibilities

  • Own and optimize B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns in collaboration with channel owners and Marketing leads
  • Leverage data insights to define the strategy and marketing mix and help get the highest ROI from our channels for your targeted campaigns
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with demand generation goals. Plan and manage all aspects of events, including budgeting, timelines, and logistics. Multitask and manage multiple event components concurrently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Design, to ensure event success. Integrate with CRM and marketing automation tools for effective lead capture and management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on integrated and targeted marketing campaigns in close collaboration with marketing channel owners and leads from beginning to end. These will include online marketing, events, email, direct mail, webinars, and more.
  • You will work as the central project manager of end-to-end campaigns, owning and coordinating the on-time and flawless execution of campaign stages by stakeholders while yourself executing on all “non-digital” channels related to the campaign (i.e. events, DM, content syndication etc.)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for questions on account engagement-related activities, responsibilities, resources and timing related to your campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze and create reporting on the effectiveness of your campaigns to determine ROI and prioritize resources across channels for future campaigns

What you bring to the table

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel B2B marketing
  • Knowledge about the ins and outs of event planning and management
  • Proven expertise in generating demand for both new and existing customers at a fast-growing tech company
  • Experienced in project management, including managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve growth targets
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for crafting campaign materials (invitations, promotional materials, effective event presentations), engaging with event attendees, speakers, and sponsors
  • Ability to handle unexpected challenges and crises, maintaining composure and making informed decisions
  • Experience in independently creating and implementing successful marketing programs that engage prospect enterprise, midmarket (SMB experience nice to have)
  • A good understanding of marketing channels, with a focus on the integration of multi-channel campaigns and experience using CRM tools particularly Hubspot
  • Data driven with experience in marketing reporting and analysis
