Product Marketing Manager

Location: London Euston (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Dependent on experience

Giraffe360 is a leading technology company specialising in property visualisation. Our cutting-edge cameras enable users to capture multiple forms of property marketing content at the click of a button - Virtual Tours, Photos, Videos and Floor Plans.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, with an analyst skill set, who can assess the market, identify customer needs, outline product USPs to package Giraffe360 products as the solution and communicate them with go-to-market strategies. This is a role for someone who can craft compelling product stories.

Alongside the Creative Director:


  • Build a superb knowledge of product - to bridge the gap between a great product and its target market.
  • Interact with existing and potential customers to meet their needs
  • Use research tools such as surveys, interviews, product testing, analytics to generate market analysis, customer feedback and capture product insights.
  • Interpret data around competitors’ product performance, price, user behaviour, and market trends.
  • Work closely with the product teams to build USPs for each release, which are backed by statistical evidence, to package Giraffe360 features and products in the most culturally relevant and commercially appealing way.

Package Research Into Communication

  • Become the voice of our product. Articulate its benefits and features in a way that resonates with our audience and best positions us in the market.
  • Turn product, market and customer insights into a USP driven messaging framework.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our product releases, in-line with the product, sales and marketing teams.
  • Build targeted marketing campaigns that speak to our individual audiences.

Create & Communicate

  • Execute content & sales tools - e.g. digital advertising, presentations, blog posts, educational materials, social commentary, website pages, webinars - all highlighting our product's strengths.
  • Product launches: Create the necessary materials to educate existing and potential customers on the benefits of new features.

Measure & Analyse Success

  • Monitor product marketing performance metrics for future improvements. Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of product changes and features.
  • Work with our customer service team to gather user feedback
  • Make recommendations that inform our product roadmap

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Expertise in product marketing (ideally within technology or Real Estate industries)
  • Master in communication and storytelling, excelling in product presentation.
  • Good knowledge of marketing principles and media channels
  • Strong analytical skills, attuned to market changes and evolving cultural trends.
  • Both strategic and executional
  • Knowledge of property industry - a differentiating bonus
