Email Marketing Specialist, Manchester (1-2 days a week in office), £32k - £35k.

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing people-first marketing department, that prioritises growth and development of their team members.

As our Email Marketing Manager, you will create and implement an email marketing strategy, campaigns and flows. You will take control of our email database, plan campaigns and flows and review the performance in order to optimise. Our customers, prospects and community are at the heart of everything we do, and the Email Marketing Specialist should reflect this within their strategy, while working closely with the creative department. We invest heavily into acquisition and capturing a lot of customer information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to drive prospect engagement and conversion
  • Managing CRM systems (Salesforce experience ideal) to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
  • Conducting A/B testing and analysing results to optimise email performance
  • Marketing Automations (Re-engagement, nurture programmes, etc.)
  • Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years previous experience in email marketing and CRM management
  • You must be an expert in Salesforce
  • Campaign management including segmentation
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
