Performance Marketing Executive Manchester (1-2 days a week in office), £32k - £35k.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing people-first marketing department, that prioritises growth and development of their team members.

As our Performance Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Performance create and implement a paid performance marketing strategy, campaigns and flows. You will take control of our email database, plan campaigns and flows and review the performance in order to optimise. Our customers, prospects and community are at the heart of everything we do, and the Email Marketing Specialist should reflect this within their strategy, while working closely with the creative department. We invest heavily into acquisition and capturing a lot of customer information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media (PPC and Paid Social)
  • Ownership of the digital marketing budget, performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Utilise expert-level knowledge of media buying across various platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok to drive effective advertising campaigns.
  • Daily campaign management - optimising campaigns to deliver campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse daily key marketing metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CPA), cost per marketing qualified lead (CPMQL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Explore, test and implement new acquisition channels and retention strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to drive innovation and growth.
  • Work closely with our creative team to create suitable assets to test and scale.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years previous experience in performance marketing
  • An expert-level understanding of Meta is required.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Adept at analysing campaign data using analytics tools ( Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn and TikTok) and leveraging insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
