Senior Performance Executive Manchester, £33k - £36k.

Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site

We are looking for a Senior Performance Executive to join our growing people-first marketing department, that prioritises growth and development of their team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Budget Management: Oversee daily budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Identify relevant keywords, target audiences, and creative messaging to drive conversions.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Develop compelling ad copy and creatives in collaboration with the design team; continuously test and optimize performance.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.), providing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams (e.g., Sales, Design, Content) to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns on the cutting edge.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years previous experience in performance marketing
  • An expert-level understanding of Meta is required.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Adept at analysing campaign data using analytics tools ( Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn and TikTok) and leveraging insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
