We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and scale the UK & US HR function at Giraffe360. This role is central to ensuring our workforce is equipped to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be a key advisor to leadership, developing HR initiatives that support our mission and growth.

The Role

As HR Manager, you’ll work closely with department leads to deliver effective, efficient and compliant people practices across the UK & US. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR - from employee relations and policy implementation to onboarding, performance processes and line manager support. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of employment law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, policy updates, payroll input and employee documentation
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance, and day-to-day people management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation (UK and US)
  • Coordinate and support performance review cycles and probation processes
  • Ensure our HRIS (HiBob) is up-to-date and used effectively across the business
  • Run projects to improve engagement, streamline admin and support a positive employee experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid experience in a generalist HR role,.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, with exposure to US employment practices a plus
  • Confident managing employee relations and advising line managers
  • Hands-on experience running HR processes from end to end
  • A pragmatic, solution-focused approach - you enjoy making things work, not just talking about what could work
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities
