Customer Support Agent

At Giraffe360, we’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to help deliver a great experience for our customers by providing responsive, high-quality day-to-day support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping customers and working in a fast-moving tech business. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, helping to troubleshoot issues, answer product questions and make sure customers feel supported throughout their experience with us.
You’ll work closely with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently, feedback is shared clearly, and customers get the most from our product. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in a growing business where they can learn quickly, take ownership and make a real impact.
What you’ll do
- Respond to customer queries in a timely, helpful and professional way
- Support customers with project, product and camera-related questions
- Troubleshoot issues and help find practical solutions
- Keep customers updated on progress and manage expectations clearly
- Work closely with Customer Success and other teams to share customer issues and feedback
- Catagorize tasks and queries accurately within our support systems
- Maintain clear records and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Support with additional projects or tasks as needed in a growing business
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer-first mindset and a calm, professional approach
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email and support systems
- Able to manage expectations and build positive customer relationships
- Reliable, proactive and organized in the way you work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Able to adapt quickly and respond well to change
- Previous experience in customer support, service or another customer-facing role is a plus
- Experience using Intercom, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar systems is helpful, but not essential

Salary package, location and hours
- Salary: $43,000+ depending on experience + $750 quarterly bonus after probation based on performance targets.
- Generous paid time off

- Location: Remote, Florida
- Hours: 9am–6pm with a 1-hour lunch break
