We're looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our team!

Empowered by the Greenhouse product suite, Recruiters at Greenhouse form strategic partnerships with our hiring managers to enable informed, data-driven decisions that result in the best hires. This is a high-visibility role in which you’ll work with top leaders in the SaaS industry in an environment committed to defining what "best" looks like in recruiting.

This is a remote 6-month contract position based in Ireland.

What you'll do

  • Conduct critical job searches for various teams across locations, owning the process from kick-off to close
  • Understand and apply data effectively, positively impacting the Talent Acquisition team's overall metrics
  • Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and empower informed decision-making
  • Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies in adherence with our internal standards
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout each of your interview processes
  • Iterate! When you see something that could be better, tell us!

You should have

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house)
  • Motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • A strong interest in or track record of building inclusive and equitable hiring processes
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
  • Experience using Greenhouse in-house, a strong plus
