THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team in California. This role is crucial for promoting HeHealth.ai to a diverse audience, including bars and college students. You will be the face of HeHealth.ai on the ground, bringing our mission to life through engaging and innovative offline events. This position reports to the Marketing Lead. This is a paid internship and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline marketing events targeting bars and college campuses across California.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective promotional strategies.
• Engage directly with the public, representing HeHealth.ai with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the needs of our target audience.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content, ensuring alignment with our brand and mission.
• Manage logistics and coordination for events, including venue selection, material preparation, and post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited college or university.
• Based in California, with the ability to travel within the state.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative thinker with a keen interest in marketing and event planning.
• Familiarity with sexual health topics and a commitment to HeHealth.ai's mission.
• Typical commitment of 15-25 hours per week.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be comfortable working in diverse environments, including bars and college campuses.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.

Expected Compensation For This Position In California

$15.50 - $18.00 Hourly

Compensation is estimated based on the successful candidate being in California. Factors like education, experience, and location are considered in determining the salary.
