About the Role
Litmus is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Internal Recruiter to lead our full-cycle recruiting efforts across the company. This role is perfect for a motivated, proactive “go-getter” who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders at all levels—from hiring managers to the C-suite. You will be responsible for building efficient recruiting and onboarding processes, elevating the candidate experience, and ensuring we consistently hire exceptional talent aligned with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting

Own and execute the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across all departments, including technical, GTM, operations, and leadership positions.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, job postings, interview scorecards, and interview plans.

Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured and proven successful methodologies.

Manage scheduling, feedback collection, and communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring journey creating a smooth and responsive candidate experience.

Drive offer creation, negotiation, and closing in partnership with People & Finance.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent through creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, industry communities).

Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain accurate, organized candidate data and pipelines within our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Create minimum lag for managers in between stages to decrease time from application to offer.
Stakeholder Partnership

Serve as a consultative partner to leadership and hiring teams, providing insights on market conditions, timelines, and talent expectations.

Work cross-functionally with department heads, C-level leaders, and internal teams to understand business needs and workforce planning.

Communicate consistently to ensure alignment, transparency, and momentum throughout the hiring process to candidates.
- Assist People Operations in market salary data to ensure competitive and accurate offers are made to candidates.
Process & Candidate Experience

Champion an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience across all stages from application to offer stages.

Continuously improve recruiting processes, documentation, interview training, and hiring workflows.

Ensure recruiting operations are efficient, scalable, and compliant with legal and compliance standards.
Reporting & Analytics

Track key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).

Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.

Use data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of direct, hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience—including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.

3+ years of experience recruiting across a variety of functions including but not limited to technical, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations; tech/industry experience is a major plus.
- 2+ years of experience recruiting and hiring globally.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

A proactive, resourceful, and self-driven mindset with a “go-getter” attitude.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with Managers, Directors, and C-suite executives.

Demonstrated success building strong teams and hiring candidates who are the best fit for their position.

Excellent proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, specifically Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiting. Bonus- if AI agents and automated processes are something you're already familiar with!

This role is open for remote applicants, but Santa Clara is preferred. An ideal candidate can work hybrid out of our Santa Clara office three times a week. Base salary is commiserate on location, experience, candidate qualifications, and other factors and ranges from $100k-$200k.
