ABOUT NEXXA
Nexxa.ai is building artificial super intelligence for heavy industries — enabling machines, systems and operations to think, decide and act autonomously across manufacturing, large-scale infrastructure, logistics and legacy environments. Our mission is to translate deep technical breakthroughs into operational reality, solving some of the hardest systems-level problems in industry.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a customer focused Solutions Architect who sits at the center of customer engagements, product management and engineering execution. You'll take complex, ambiguous customer problems and decompose them into clean system architecture, technical requirements, and executable project plans that the engineering teams can deliver at quality. This is the bridge between what customers need and what engineers build. You'll own the technical truth of every engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Decompose customer requirements from workshops and discovery into structured product requirements, system architecture, and technical specifications
Design end-to-end solution architecture for each customer challenge, scope into a milestone driven project plan, mapped to product roadmap
Map customer requirements to product capabilities — identifying what's reusable, what's custom, and what should become platform features
Create technical scoping documents with effort estimates, dependencies, risks, and milestone definitions for every engagement
Coordinate with engineers (Applied AI and Core engg.) to ensure architecture-driven execution
Participate in customer workshops and technical deep-dives, serving as the technical authority on what's feasible, what's optimal, and what the trade-offs are
Define integration architecture for enterprise systems: legacy ERPs, CRMs, MES, PLMs and IoT platforms
Establish reusable architecture patterns and reference implementations that accelerate future customer deployments
Own the technical proposal and SOW inputs — ensuring commercial commitments are technically grounded
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
10+ years in systems engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting — with at least 3 years designing solutions for enterprise customers
Deep experience with enterprise integration patterns: APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, event-driven architecture, data warehousing, and cloud-native services (AWS preferred)
Strong understanding of AI/ML system architecture — you know how to design RAG pipelines, ML algorithms and usage, multi-agent orchestration, model serving, and feedback loops
Track record of translating ambiguous business problems into clean technical architecture with clear scope boundaries
Experience working with heavy industry, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics customers — you understand the data complexity and system heterogeneity in these domains
Excellent technical documentation skills — your architecture diagrams, scoping docs, and technical specs are clear enough for engineers to execute against without ambiguity
Strong communication skills — you can present to a C-level and debug with an engineer in the same day
Comfort with customer-facing work — you'll be in workshops, on calls, and in rooms with enterprise stakeholders regularly
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with industrial data systems and ecosystems (HANA, S/4, BTP) or Siemens/industrial software stacks
Background in consulting (McKinsey, BCG Digital, Accenture Technology, Palantir Forward Deployed) or enterprise SaaS implementation
Prior startup experience where you had to build the architecture playbook from scratch
Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi/Terraform)
WHY NEXXA
Architect the intelligence layer for the world's largest industrial companies — your designs will run with top Fortune 100 companies
Work directly with the CPO and CTO on every engagement — ZERO layers of bureaucracy
Backed by silicon valley top VCs, with access to their portfolio network and enterprise resources
Early-stage equity with significant upside.
