The Position: We’re looking for a Senior (Sr) Manufacturing Engineer at Entrust who will have opportunities to solve challenging technical and business issues. This position will develop manufacturing capabilities to build new products while using state-of-the art tools like Solid Works, 3DVIA, 3D printing, etc. The role works with interesting product technologies and applies world class manufacturing methods. The Sr Manufacturing Engineer you will work with a great team and lead challenging projects and hone your leadership skills. The Sr Manufacturing Engineer will be a member of the Manufacturing Engineering team based at Entrust global headquarters in Shakopee, MN.

How you will make an impact:
Provide production support for assigned products
Develop manufacturing capability to build new products. Responsibilities include writing work instructions, designing tools and fixtures, and researching and purchasing manufacturing equipment. Leadership roles may include representing manufacturing as a core team leader
Support new or improved manufacturing systems that improve quality, deliver performance, and increase efficiency
Identify and implement cost reduction and quality improvement projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
5+ years manufacturing engineering experience supporting assembly and test operations for electro-mechanical products
Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills
Strong interest in manufacturing and operations
Enjoys working with people and organizing their efforts to reach a goal
