Sr Director, Product Management (North America) REQ#

Position Overview:

You’ll be part of a mature Product organization, with strong leadership and end-to-end ownership of roadmap and delivery of the Onfido identity portfolio. As part of Entrust’s strategic plans to accelerate its presence in the North American market, this role will spearhead our market research efforts and lead the definition of our product expansion strategy, focusing on Financial Services. As a second phase, the Sr Director will also oversee the development and launch of new products tailored to the US market, manage the product lifecycle, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue growth. Additionally, the role requires building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support the expansion efforts. This role will report to the VP, Product – Onfido.

Responsibilities:

As Sr Director, Product Management – North America, you will:

Expansion in the US and Canada: Lead market research and defining our expansion strategy in North America, supporting our company growth targets and strategic ambitions.

Go-to-market: Partner closely with local and global growth teams to drive successful new country launches and optimizations, always focusing on driving towards commercial outcomes. This includes pricing, packaging, and enablement.

Create compelling business cases for future growth and secure buy-in from the Senior Leadership Teams

Compliance and regulation: with a strong customer footprint in financial services, compliance and regulation is a key determinant of our product's success. Partner with our internal teams to analyse and respond to upcoming changes in regulation and ensure Onfido adapts its strategy going forward.

Be part of the Product team at Onfido, contributing to and modelling the product team culture and processes.

Build strong collaboration with the Growth, Customer Success, Ops, Finance, Product and Engineering leadership teams, to contribute to the strategic vision for the market and drive execution excellence

Support the business and customer engagements

Support external communication efforts with our Marketing team

Essential Qualifications:

7+ years of experience leading complex and high-impact strategic initiatives, with C-level stakeholder management

Experience working in Product Management and/or Strategy and/or International Expansion functions

Strong analytical skills

Excellent ability to link product development and market entry initiatives to commercial outcomes

Exceptional customer communication and stakeholder management

Experience leading high-performing and diverse teams in a fast-paced environment

A track record of shipping products in new geographies, use cases, or segments

Ability to interact with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, analytics, marketing, etc.) and build a compelling vision for your team

Strong sense of ownership and customer focus

A deep sense of camaraderie and a learning & sharing culture

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Financial Services in North America

Track record of rolling out complex technology products in new geographies

Experience managing ML-based, identity, KYC, and/or regulated products

Experience with standards and policy engagement

Experience designing or adapting pricing and packaging models
