Onfido, an Entrust Company, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Identity Solutions team in London, UK.

Position Overview:

At Entrust, we place identity at the core of digital-first experiences. The Onfido Real Identity Platform, our SaaS remote identity verification solution, provides an AI-powered platform for financial services to meet global regulatory requirements, combat sophisticated fraud, and enable seamless onboarding and access throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will be a key player in owning and driving the expansion of our Compliance Suite solutions while proactively identifying and evaluating new regulations and standards that could impact our product platform and operations. Your expertise will guide Onfido's strategic direction in adopting and complying with new regulations, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & Customer Focus:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' identity needs and the specific regulatory landscapes in their respective markets.

    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and prioritize key regulations and standards impacting our products and services.

  • Compliance Leadership:

    • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Policy teams to interpret and navigate international and local identity regulations.

    • Lead cross-functional projects, including compliance audits, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards.

    • Proactively identify and assess emerging compliance risks and opportunities, advising the Product and senior management teams on strategic responses.

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:

    • Define and champion a comprehensive product vision and strategy for Compliance Suite solutions within Onfido's identity verification platform.

    • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for compliance-related features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and company goals.

    • Collaborate with other product teams to prioritize product development initiatives based on market analysis, customer needs, and compliance requirements.

  • Product Development & Execution:

    • Translate regulatory requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for the engineering team.

    • Collaborate effectively with designers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance is embedded in our solutions.

    • Oversee the launch of new compliance features and enhancements, coordinating with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to effectively position our offerings in the market.

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:

    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.

    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on Compliance Suite related initiatives, risks, and opportunities.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a successful track record of defining, launching, and managing complex technical products.

  • Deep understanding of technically complex domains, with the ability to lead product discussions and drive technical decision-making.

  • Experience running cross-functional projects, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a strong attention to detail.

  • Action-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for product excellence and customer success.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working in a scaleup or enterprise environment.

  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining identity verification products with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.

  • Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and identity verification regulations and standards.

  • Experience designing and implementing compliance processes.

  • Knowledge of international standards in the identity verification space.
