Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic Strategic Content Manager to join our Partner Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and supports our channel partners in promoting our solutions. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with experience in creating a variety of channel-focused content types, including webinars, blogs, demand generation emails, social media posts, and long-form content. An experienced marketer with a strong understanding of the channel ecosystem is required.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive partner engagement, lead generation, and overall revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create impactful marketing programs that align with our business objectives. Please note: this role also includes content creation; not just strategy.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with our goals and enhances partner engagement.

Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish high-quality content tailored for partners, including:
Blog posts and articles
Webinar scripts and promotional materials
Demand generation emails
Social media posts and graphics
Long-form content such as whitepapers and case studies
Product-focused channel sales enablement materials (e.g., sales playbooks, call scripts, with-partner enablement materials, etc.)
Partner Engagement Campaign Management: Plan, write, and implement partner engagement campaigns targeting partners and their customers, utilizing various channels including email, social media, webinars, and events.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and creative, to ensure content is aligned with overall messaging and branding.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing content initiatives, utilizing metrics and insights to optimize campaigns and report on ROI. Report insights and refine strategies to improve future content efforts.
Industry Research: Stay informed about cybersecurity trends and partner needs to create relevant and timely content that resonates with our audience.
Partner Support: Act as a resource for key partners, alliances, and distributors providing them with the tools and content they need to effectively promote our solutions.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or business required
7+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing
Proven content strategy experience within the Cybersecurity or Identity SaaS sectors
Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and using it to drive strategy
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging content in various formats
Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner engagement campaigns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with partners and internal teams
Experience with using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce, Sprout Advocacy) to execute content strategy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; ability to lead complex projects from concept to implementation

Must be able to lawfully work within the country of employment and have unrestricted work authorization for that country
Preferred Qualifications:
Solid understanding of current content marketing trends including the use of AI-based tools
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies
Basic knowledge of design software tools for creating visually appealing content
Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is 100,000 - 157,000 (in our highest geographic location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience.
