Position Overview:
Entrust is looking for innovative individuals who thrive on solving tough problems in uncharted waters. Delivering results, bias for action, ability to multi-task/prioritize, strong technical skills, ability to influence, leadership, and a natural curiosity are essential traits for success in this role.
As a Cloud TPM, you’ll be responsible for leading the overall roadmap, delivery, deployment, and support of the large enterprise cloud solution. You will wear many hats and be required to navigate an always-shifting landscape of bottlenecks, technical constraints, prioritization tradeoffs, and tackle complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary enterprise cloud projects, and usher them through the challenges of integration, performance, security assurance, and deployment.
- Provide decisive and effective technical and strategic leadership for cloud development and deployment.
- Dive into the technical complexity of features and bugs when needed and be able to recommend priority of issues.
- Assist in production escalation and problem resolution. Some off-hours support might be required especially with outages and release deployments.
- Responsible for leading RCAs across the cloud application group and updating cross-functional leadership.
- Work closely with cross-functional groups in scheduling and implementing cloud upgrades.
- Minimize schedule and technical risk by foreseeing and addressing obstacles proactively and aggressively.
- Effectively apply Agile (Scrum) methodology, track progress, and enforce project standards.
- Identify opportunities to drive innovation, accelerate product launches, and remove bottlenecks to deliver results.
- Develop and execute project work plans, incorporating revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Ensure information flow in cross-functional matrix teams as appropriate to facilitate workflow, reduce cycle time and deliver world class quality.
- Coordinate priorities and integration milestones across multiple development teams including DevOps.
- Leverage experience and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing, engineering, QA, service, DevOps, and operations.
Basic Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to use influence over authority to drive project deliverables and cloud deployment.
- 3+ years of experience directing large enterprise cloud software project teams
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Extensive experience working with enterprise-level microservice applications, including deployment and maintenance of applications in distributed environments.
- Experienced with Agile (Scrum) processes, methodologies, and tools. Preference for prior scrum master experience.
- Knowledge and experience with secure development lifecycle, threat modelling, and web application security assessments.
- Ability to work well and productively within a cross-functional team, always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills demonstrated in a matrix organization.
- Ability to anticipate roadblocks, diagnose problems, and generate effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of a global, multi-cultural organization.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 5% of time.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in engineering or MBA
- Strong desire for personal advancement.
- Experience leading the development of complex software cloud architectures and platforms for financial industry.
- 5+ years’ experience leading and managing development teams and activity for cloud enterprise-level applications.
- Demonstrated problem solving, risk assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Strong situational leadership instincts and abilities.
- Technical experience in one or more of systems engineering, printing technologies, smart cards, cloud-based architectures, IoT (Internet of Things), enterprise application development, cryptography, networking, PKI, and payment systems

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $124,969-$183,288 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
