Are you a results-oriented sales leader with a passion for building strong partnerships and expanding market presence? Do you thrive in a dynamic B2B environment, selling complex solutions and cultivating high-profile accounts? If so, Entrust is looking for you!
As our Sales Executive, Instant ID Issuance for the Japan region, you will be instrumental in managing and developing our key channel partners (resellers and distributors) while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued partners, ensuring their success and driving revenue growth for Entrust. Your deep understanding of partner expectations, coupled with your strategic approach, will be key to achieving our ambitious goals in this important market.
What you'll be doing:

Championing Partner Success (60%):
Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with major channel partners, implementing customer satisfaction strategies to exceed revenue targets.
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from securing initial orders and renewals to coordinating presales support, pricing, contracts, payment, delivery, warranty claims, and escalated technical support issues, all with a focus on partner satisfaction.
Serve as the go-to resource for channel partners, proactively addressing their inquiries, requests, and challenges.
Collaborate with partners to identify training needs and organize relevant events, while also disseminating crucial marketing information such as product updates and promotions.
Partner with channel representatives to develop and regularly review strategic business plans to ensure alignment and mutual success.
Actively monitor customer satisfaction with our existing products and services, identifying areas for improvement.
Effectively manage and resolve any channel conflicts that may arise.
Provide support to second-tier partners and end customers as needed.
Manage partner and distributor relationships within the framework of our Global Partner Program.

Fueling Business Development & Strategy (20%):
Act as the internal champion for our sales strategy within the Japan region, driving its execution.
Lead business development initiatives, including direct engagement with prospective customers to promote and sell our innovative solutions.
Take responsibility for creating and presenting annual and quarterly business plans, meticulously tracking performance against targets and strategic imperatives.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Instant ID Issuance Japan, to develop project-specific sales strategies and proactively target new accounts and business opportunities within existing partnerships to foster both new and repeat business.
Provide valuable competitive market intelligence to our product marketing and management teams.
Actively promote our existing products and spearhead the introduction of new XaaS offerings within the region.

Becoming a Product, Market & Customer Expert (10%):
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Entrust's Instant ID issuance product and service applications and their capabilities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our specific product and service offerings.
Gain a deep understanding of assigned customers' organizational structures, procedures, processes, and systems.
Contribute competitive account and market insights to our product marketing and management teams.
Collaborate actively with the Marketing team to enhance product and service awareness within your assigned accounts.

Ensuring Smooth Operations (10%):
Manage sales and service expenses within established corporate guidelines.
Provide timely and accurate revenue forecasts.
Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and actively develop a robust sales pipeline.
What you'll bring to the team:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the proven ability to articulate complex business and technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account planning and management.
At least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience with complex systems and solutions.
A minimum of 2 years of experience selling to and negotiating with management and sales/promotion teams within client accounts.
Demonstrated strong business acumen.
Bonus points for:
Experience working with or selling to the card and/or printing industries.
Experience working with or selling to the office equipment industries.
TOEIC score of 730 or above.
